
When I got up this morning, I had an email from support saying that they had solved the problem during the night and provided a link to download the upgraded version. After a few exchanges to try different things, we were still frustrated. Instead, I received an intelligent response in a couple of hours.

I dropped a short message in the support link expecting to get a boilerplate reply in a day or two. When I tried to delete files using Disk Space Analyzer Pro, nothing happened when I clicked the Delete button. I decided to upgrade to Pro to make cleaning up simpler.

In light of this move, now is a great time to cull some of the excess. I have been moving 100s of GB of files from computer to computer for years. I recently decided to move from my Mac mini (Late 2012) which cannot be upgraded past Catalina to a "New Old Stock" Mac Pro (2013-2019). I have been using Disk Space Analyzer Free for quite a while. Not so with Nektony.I get responses to my queries within the hour and I know they are not even in my timezone! That really means a lot.now and again I might need a bit of help finding something out in a new or upgraded app.Nektony's response time is like having a personal customer care rep on duty! Well done Nektony! No responses or useless responses appear to be the norm. Over the years it's become clear that the larger the company you are dealing with, the worse their customer care is.

It's been so useful on my new Mac Studio.programs that I install that no longer work well with macOS 12 can easily be removed from my new machine without leaving behind a ton of unusable files. The download was flawless once I purchased it and I really like the new layout of the app.very clean to use.
